I offer my clients professional counseling and expert techniques that will

You have the potential to reduce emotional distress and maladaptive behavior patterns by acquiring techniques to correct erroneous thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes that hold you back.

I will assist you in identifying, prioritizing, and achieving your goals at
your own pace. The environment is safe, comfortable, and positive to facilitate the healing. A variety of therapeutic techniques are utilized including play therapy techniques, short-term, cognitive-behavioral, and solutions based therapy. Areas of specialty include Anger, Depression, Behavior Problems, Parenting, Marriage, Family, and Divorce. I work well with children of all ages, adults, couples, and families.

I earned a Masters degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University and Masters in Human Development from S.N.D.T. Women’s University, Mumbai India. My diverse education and clinical
work add success and depth to my professional practice and life experience.
